We design, build, and host a website for your business. Setup fee: £149, one-time. Ongoing plan: £49/month, covering hosting, security, backups, and reasonable content edits. Your first version goes live within 24 hours of us receiving your completed content form; if we miss that through our own fault, your first month is free.
The setup fee is due before work begins. The monthly plan is billed by card via Stripe and can be cancelled any time with effect from the next billing date; no minimum term, no cancellation fee. If a monthly payment fails and remains unpaid for 14 days after notice, we may take the site offline until payment resumes.
The setup fee is refundable in full any time before your site first goes live. Once live, the setup fee is non-refundable, since the work has been delivered, but you may cancel the monthly plan immediately. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded pro rata.
Your plan includes reasonable ongoing edits: wording, prices, photos, opening hours, and similar changes, typically actioned same day. Substantial work such as full redesigns, additional pages beyond the original five, e-commerce, or custom features is quoted separately. We may decline edits that are unlawful, misleading, or infringe others' rights.
You confirm the content you supply is accurate, lawful, and yours to use. You keep ownership of your content; we keep ownership of our code and design system, and you have a licence to use the site while on an active plan. If you cancel, we will provide your content and, on request, a static export of your site.
Sites launch on a hosted subdomain. If you want your own domain, we can connect one you purchase, or purchase one on your behalf as an add-on; domains purchased in your name belong to you.
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for loss of profits or indirect losses, and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
